Service Description

Our standard rental is designed to bring your vision to life while creating lasting memories for your guests. What's Included? 4-Hour Rental Period: Enjoy four full hours of photobooth fun, with the option to add additional hours at $100 per hour. Custom Overlay Design We'll create a personalized photo overlay that reflects your event's theme, colors, and style—whether it's your wedding date, company logo, birthday message, or school mascot. Custom Live Gallery Guests can view and download their photos in real-time through our exclusive live gallery. Share the fun instantly and relive the memories long after your event ends. Premium Photo Capture Suite Our state-of-the-art technology gives guests creative control with multiple capture options: Photos - High-quality still images Videos - Short video messages and clips GIFs - Animated loops perfect for sharing Boomerangs - Fun, repeating video clips Instant Email Sharing Guests receive their content directly via email for easy downloading and sharing. Advanced (Instant) Sharing via SMS, AirDrop, Email add-on available for $150. Professional Photo Filters Choose 1-2 custom filters to enhance your images and match your event aesthetic, from classic black-and-white to vibrant, fun options. (Additional photo filters are an available add-on for $10 each). Professional Attendant Service ($500 add-on) Our experienced attendant will be on-site throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly, assist guests, and handle any technical needs so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.


Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025 Thank you for choosing Snap Happy Co.! Please review our booking policy before confirming your reservation. Payment Terms Payment is due in full at booking. For services exceeding $2,500, clients may arrange a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation without refund. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel anytime with refunds as follows: - 60+ days before event: 100% refund - 30-60 days before event: 50% refund - Less than 30 days before event: No refund All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (info@snaphappyco.net). Rescheduling Policy Clients with payment in full or a 50% deposit receive one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Additional reschedules incur a 25% fee of the total rental cost. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the original event date. Service Area & Travel Fees We serve events within a 75-mile radius of greater Indianapolis at no additional charge. Events beyond 75 miles incur reasonable travel fees to cover fuel, shipping, airfare, and expenses, quoted prior to booking. Setup Requirements Power: Standard outlet recommended, but not required Space: 10 ft. x 5 ft. with backdrop; 8 ft. x 8 ft. without backdrop Setup Time: 30-60 minutes depending on event type Booking Duration & Overtime Standard rental is 4 hours. Children's events require a 2-hour minimum. Additional hours available at $100/hour, subject to availability. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) Event hosts must provide an indoor alternative for inclement weather. Tent and outdoor setup available for $300, arranged prior to the event. Liability & Equipment Protection We carry liability insurance for attended events. For unattended booths, clients assume responsibility and are liable up to $5,000 for damage, loss, or theft. General Terms Your date is secured upon payment receipt. All correspondence should be via email or phone. Clients must ensure setup space is accessible and provide accurate event details.
